When a product does not work as you expected, it is very annoying, so do not wait too long and take

contact the Smart Ink support department directly and follow the next steps. 


Step 1.  Take pictures or a video of the problem. (Display with error message, defective product)


Step 2.  First report the problem to the support department: Support


We will first see if we can help you as quickly as possible so that you can get back to work immediately.
