Help with placing an order
Shopping at SMART INK® is safe and reliable. We are therefore affiliated with the Webshop Keurmerk and Kiyoh Customer Reviews.
There are two ways to get to the desired product:
1. Select your at the top of the search bar under the SMART INK® logo
- -printer brand
- -type of printer
- -printer model
2. You search by cartridge number
You will then automatically be taken to the page with all products that are suitable for your printer.
By clicking on the photo or on the title of the product you will read the product information.
When you decide to purchase, you can click on the green button with the text: Add to basket.
You can then proceed directly to the Basket and Checkout or you decide to continue shopping and continue ordering
and repeat the steps above.
In the top search bar (next to Customer service) you will find your shopping cart, by clicking on it you will get an overview of the
desired products and price. Here you can choose an overview of your shopping cart or go directly to the payment page.
You can change the products and quantities in the overview of your shopping cart. Then you can choose to continue shopping
or choose to complete your order. Then choose the green button: Continue ordering.
Then you will arrive at the SMART INK® checkout. It is important to complete this page as carefully as possible in order to get your product as quickly and properly as possible
possible to receive.
1. Enter invoice address details. (It is recommended to create an account so that we can retrieve your data)
2. Choose the shipping method (Free shipping from € 45, - otherwise € 3.95)
3. Select payment method and pay.
You then check your order for inaccuracies and, if necessary, post a comment. After you click the green button: 'Place your order'
clicked, the order will be entered into our system.
We make sure to have your order delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
(Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1 day, if placed before 4 p.m. and to Belgium takes 2 days)
