Exchange and return

Right of return

You have unlimited right to return the item at your own expense within 14 working days after our delivery date. The item must not be used or damaged and if possible send in original packaging.

Returns are only accepted if you have first contacted our customer service. We kindly request you to state the reason for the return in the e-mail as well as your customer and invoice number. Wait for further instructions from our customer service by e-mail.

Transport damage

SMARTINK® guarantees the damage to products that has occurred during transport to the customer. If you discover that there has been transport damage upon receipt, you must report this immediately and contact SMARTINK® customer service. In the event of a return shipment that is not properly packaged by you, we can hold you responsible for the transport damage.
